Do you take insurance?

We do not accept insurance. We operate on a membership and cash-pay model, which allows for transparent pricing, longer visits, and more personalized care without insurance restrictions.

What is a concierge visit?

A concierge visit means we come to you. Our licensed medical professionals travel to your home, workplace, or preferred location to provide treatments, lab draws, injections, and select medical visits.

Can I be seen for regular sick visits?

Yes. We evaluate and treat common sick visits such as colds, flu-like symptoms, sinus infections, UTIs, and more. Lab testing and medications can be ordered when medically appropriate.

Do you offer lab testing?

Yes. We offer comprehensive lab testing including hormone panels, wellness labs, blood draws, urine testing, and select swabs. Labs can be completed during concierge visits or coordinated through partnered laboratories.

Do you offer hormone replacement therapy?

Yes. We specialize in male and female hormone optimization using injections, pellets, and supportive therapies. All treatment plans are individualized based on symptoms and lab results.

How long are appointments?

Most concierge visits are efficient and typically take 10–15 minutes, depending on the service. Initial consultations or lab visits may take slightly longer.
